Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, including falls.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15. Valentine's Day purchases made on or after January 10 can be returned any time prior to March 15. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.

Love the shower head

I absolutley love the tandem shower head. From price, to functionality, design, water pressure, and ease of install. Quality product for very reasonable price when considering cost to re plumb another line in. Only issue is the adapter piece (for smaller showers) the tandem bumper is a rubber stopper. Seems cheap and design should be the same footer on original bar just way shorter. But it works and is hardly noticeable. Will never have another shower that doesnt have one of these installed. Absolutley love it.

Best showers of my life!

I love that this can now fit a standard sized shower. It makes showering with my wife so much more enjoyable now that I'm not standing in the cold, and showering alone with both shower heads on feels like a spa experience.
