Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, including falls.

Returns

You can return your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. (Note, holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15.) Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in mainland US only. Refunds are issued automatically upon receipt and inspection. Limit of one return or exchange per purchase.

Amazing water pressure… and I’m a water pressure snob

I originally bought the single showerhead unit because I had an awesomeold 80s showerhead with no flow limiter and I assumed nothing could live up to its amazing water pressure. To my surprise, the Boona was better. I almost bought the individual second showerhead the same day. Instead, I waited for one more shower and Yep, it is definitely better. So I ordered another showerhead to add to the set up. Glorious. I also didn’t think that I would enjoy using two showerheads on my own, but,now that I have them set up just right I really enjoy the experience. I do turn off one of the showerheads to rinse my hair because the pressure drops slightly when using both (It would also work to switch to the firmer setting on one showerhead while both are being used.) I went with the Miami colors and happy about the decision. 100% recommend without hesitation and have been recommending the showerhead itself to everyone!

You've GOT to get this!

I have been seeing the ad for this for years and have always been interested but never pulled the trigger. I wish I did sooner! It works great, looks great, and makes shower time way more fun! The quality is high end for the low price and the customer service is unbeatable! If you are questioning getting this thing, don't! You won't regret it!

Oh my man!

My husband bought a tandem for us for Christmas and we were so impressed with the showerhead we immediately ordered the bona showerhead to replace our existing one! It was so worth it!
