FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY

As of November 2025, all orders have a five-year, worry-free guarantee, up from our one-year policy prior. This excludes Certified Preowned sales which remain with a one-year warranty.

FREE RETURNS

All purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements

• All returns must be undamaged and must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping.
• Returns must be dropped off within two weeks of receiving the shipping label or within 30 days from the delivery date, whichever is later.
• We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Preowned certified orders excluded.
  

Keep in Mind

• Limit of one free return or exchange per customer.
  
• If a courtesy replacement unit was shipped to cover a customer's error, any subsequent return shipping is charged to the customer.
• Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery.
