Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available here for shower widths down to 45 inches.)
Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

All preowned Tandems come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period using certified preowned parts. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls, nor aesthetic issues.
Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. Return shipping for certified preowned purchases is at the customer's expense. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.
