Requirements

Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to fit@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, including falls.

Returns

You can return your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Refunds are issued automatically upon receipt and inspection. Limit of one return or exchange per purchase.

Love this Thing

I seldom give a 5 star review as most items are more hype than a useable quality product. But…. we love the heck out of this thing. I like most was skeptical of the “claimed” water pressure but this thing lives up to its hype!

amazing for couples

as many couples know, showering together usually just means one person cold at all times. me and my boyfriend absolutely LOVE the tandem shower!! not only do we both get to shower together and save water but we both get done in twice the time it would usually take us switching back and forth. I did think it came with 2 shower heads with the tandem, but it came with the pole and one added shower head. i just attached my original to the spout and both work perfect along with the water pressure! very renter friendly as well.

So much fun to have two heads and shower with my Girlfriend now. No switching who is in and who isn't! Game Changer!! Love it!
