Requirements

Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15. Valentine's Day purchases made on or after January 10 can be returned any time prior to March 15. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.

Incredible Company All Around

I got the Tandem shower with one shower head, and it works like a dream! It’s even better than I could have expected and has absolutely elevated our shower experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. There are no leaks at all, the water pressure is just as it was pre-tandem and our original shower head fit perfectly! Also the pink and blue colors are super cute! I love all the settings on the shower head and I couldn’t be happier, it’s truly worth every penny and I can’t imagine life without it!

Now onto the incredible customer service experience, big shoutout to the operations lead, Emily! I had the worst luck when it came to deliveries, my first package got stolen out of my apartment complex, and the replacement got lost in the FedEx “Delivery Exception” loop. Fortunately the third time was the charm and it finally arrived! I was so nervous about asking for a replacement but Emily was so kind and understanding despite it being the holiday rush season and us having so many issues with the deliveries! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this company is!

Unexpected

Got it to share the shower with my partner, but then realized I really like using the alternate showerhead by itself. The showerhead from Boona is awesome and has a great feel to it. Using dual showerheads while solo in the shower is an incredible experience as well. Would recommend.
