Requirements

Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.

Great Customer Service!

We were recently impacted by the LA fires back in January 2025 and we only had our tandem showerhead for about 3 months before the fires burned it down with everything else. We had emailed in and the customer service was kind enough to replace it completely, no charge! A+ on the customer service and we are excited to continue using the tandem showerhead!

Exactly as advertised, perfect solution for showering with your partner

Honestly, could not be happier with the purchase. Water pressure is good on both ends. As simple to install as a shower rod. The tutorial video is about 2 minutes and you'll have your shower installed before it finishes. I was initially hesitant looking at the price but it looks great and it's cheaper than renovating my bathroom to add a new shower line.

If you have ever thought you wanted a way to keep from freezing while showering, this is the exact solution.
