Requirements

Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available here for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.

My partner and I love this!!! We have had for about 3 weeks with zero issues, bought on sale during Thanksgiving week & it shipped quickly (with tracking updates!)
We love the intimacy of showering together but inevitably would argue over the single shower stream, you know how it goes when one of you sits freezing in the corner, not to mention constantly tripping over each other when swapping spots… soap in the eyes etc. I was hesitant about splitting the single stream in 2, thinking there was no way the pressure would still be good so this sat in my mental shopping cart for awhile before purchasing. I was pleasantly surprised by the pressure. And the knob that adjusts the flow between the 2 shower heads is wonderful. When you don’t want a stream, the person in the front can simply turn it off, sending all the water to one or the other. As long as your partner is fair with that power, it will work out great haha. The pamphlet that came with the product says there is a piece you can remove from the showerhead if you need a extra boost of pressure, but we have not felt the need to mess with that at all. Install was easy and plumbing tape is included. All over, very satisfied with our purchase!
