Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 75 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns

You can return your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return per customer. Game Changer

This is an absolute game changer. My girlfriend and I have loved loved loved this. I was a little skeptical at first given how new this company is and the thought of splitting water into two heads. BUT...... NOPE, pressure is amazing with no complaints. The quality is superior to the shower head I had originally. Only piece of advice I'd give someone is to tighten it more than you think you might need to.

How's the water pressure?

Our patented showerheads will surprise you. Water pressure is obviously a top priority and it's what we spent years perfecting.

According to Wired Magazine, our two showerheads "had better pressure than their previous showerhead." Wired named us a favorite product for 2023.

Can I turn off one of the showerheads?

Yes, Tandem allows you to easily turn on and off either of the showerheads.

Is Tandem easy to install?

Most of our customers complete the installation in less than 10 minutes. If you can unscrew your existing showerhead, the rest will be easy.
