Requirements

Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer. Greatest shower investment

What a wonderful product ,if you have a shower that will accept it you need to get it.
We have a nice walk-in shower with a decent space in it, now that being said my wife is only joined me once, but even showering alone with the twin head system is wonderful.
