Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 75 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall. If you're not sure, just email a photo to hello@boona.com.

Warranty

All Boona products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

Returns

You can return or exchange your undamaged Boona products within 30 days of delivery. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. Return shipping for certified preowned purchases is at the customer's expense. A lot Better than I anticipated

I procrastinated buying the Tandem for nearly 3 years. I wasn't convinced by the reviews and I didn't know anyone personally that owned one. What made me go through with the purchase was absolute desperation and annoyance. Trying to shower with my partner felt like we were showering military style. After buying and trying the Tandem, we don't know how we lived without it for so long. My 9 year old son couldn't get enough of it, he literally fell asleep standing in the shower the first night I installed it. I was pleasantly surprised that the water pressure maintained the same after installation, I was very unsure if it would decrease.

My mother-in-law seen it and begged me to get her one as well, so maybe for Christmas that might be her gift.

Favorite Item I’ve Bought All Year!

I love my boona dual shower head and I love that they have the option to buy returns for a reduced cost (mine came in great condition). I worried that there might be issues with water pressure when splitting between two heads, but I did not experience any problems. They have great suggestions to adjust if you do have pressure issues. Awesome product!

How's the water pressure?

Our patented showerheads will surprise you. Water pressure is obviously a top priority and it's what we spent years perfecting.

According to Wired Magazine, our two showerheads "had better pressure than their previous showerhead." Wired named us a favorite product for 2023.

Can I turn off one of the showerheads?

Yes, Tandem allows you to easily turn on and off either of the showerheads.

Is Tandem easy to install?

Most of our customers complete the installation in less than 10 minutes. If you can unscrew your existing showerhead, the rest will be easy.

Is a partner included?
